GVC meeting tonight. We had a smaller than expected turnout, which was a shame because the presentation was excellent. Erik Saunders, Time Sport USA rep, ex-pro, and manager of the Time Pro Cycling team showed up and talked about the ins and outs of running a development team. To paraphrase, it’s about giving young riders an alternative to growing angry and bitter about sleeping in a car. Good stuff.
We also got a chance to ogle Time bikes, pedals, and the new shoes. I got my first up-close look at a VXRS Ulteam. Very impressive.
