I’m a fan of TA bottle cages, but they’re not so easy to come by any more. So when I bought my latest road bike I went looking for an alternative. I ended up buying, on a whim, some Ravx Belly X cages.
I still favor the TAs, but they live on my old Pinarello. The Ravx cages do very well, though. Bottles stay put, the cages look good (no, not as good as TAs), and they’re fairly light. Not bad alternatives, really.
