25 miles tonight, as the Roaming Ride headed north from the old, defunct Winn-Dixie on Lawndale, up to Browns Summit and back, with a stop for ice cream at the corner of Hwy 150 and Lake Brandt Rd.
23 riders started and we picked up a couple more along the way. Overall, a good ride made even better by some tasty cherry ice cream.
Coming Saturday: a long, flat warmup leading to a leg-breaker of a climb up Caraway Mountain.
