My brief flirtation with high-zoot wheels has come to an end and I’m going back to my old school ways. Soon I’ll be rolling around on Open Pros laced to Dura Ace hubs. I don’t care enough about weight to worry about a few extra grams, and the new wheels will be about as bombproof as training/race wheels get.
