So many local rides to choose from. The weather was threatening today so I took the earliest afternoon option, the Oak Ridge ride. Six of us started from the Sandy Ridge farmers’ market and rode a loop that took us into Kernersille, High Point and back. The cool weather tempered our enthusiasm some, so we kept to a moderate pace and stayed off the serious hills. Day’s total: 31.4 miles.
