Weather is turning wintery in the North Country, and the past weekend was perfect to binge TV (Mobland and Tulsa King), sit by the fireplace, sip Space Shuttles, and cook soup. Soup-wise, Gombaleves stole the show. It’s a creamy mushroom soup that gets its rich, tangy flavor from dill, lemon juice, and sour cream. I’ll make it again. And again.
