Busy weekend. However, I did manage to put together a 39 mile cruise from American Express on Saturday. The weather was February-excellent (50s, light winds), so we had a good turnout. I didn’t bother to count but I’d guess 15-20 showed.
Like I said, I’ve been busy so coming up with a route/cue sheet wasn’t in the cards. That meant making up the route as we went. Before rolling out of AMEX we agreed to head east along Pleasant Ridge Rd, cut over to Scalesville Rd, then continue east as far as Church St. There we had a decision: Go south and climb our way back to town, or go north to the flatter route along 158 and delay the climbing until we hit Eversfield and Bunch Rds. We opted for the latter.
